NV worked at a local restaurant and bar. Late one night, after the business was closed, someone broke into the business and stole money from the register. The incident was captured on a surveillance video. The burglar was wearing distinctive clothing which the prosecution claimed matched clothing found in NV's possession by police. We contended that the clothing the police found did not match NV's clothes. NV was found Not Guilty of all charges after a trial.
